摘要
新时代对高校师德师风建设提出了新要求,尤其是对于兼顾教师和医生双重身份的中医药高等院校教师而言,其师德师风影响的不仅仅是学生,还有患者。广州中医药大学作为中华人民共和国成立最早的四所中医药高等院校之一,历来重视师德师风建设,并将其作为教师队伍建设的重要抓手。通过制度建设、机构建设、宣传引导、考评激励等措施形成了良好的师德风尚。针对目前高校师德建设中存在的问题开展讨论,为探索提升教师师德素养对育人树人的重要实践意义提供了有效的解决策略。
The new era puts forward new requirements for the morality construction of teachers in colleges and universities,especially for the teachers in the colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine who have the dual identities of teachers and doctors.They can affect not only students but also patients.Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,as one of the earliest four universities of traditional Chinese medicine established in the People’s Republic of China,has always attached great importance to the construction of teachers’morality,and regards it as an important starting point for teaching team construction.By taking the measures such as the system construction,the organization construction,the publicity and guidance,the evaluation incentive measure and so on,the good morality of teachers has been formed.The discussion on the existing problems in the construction of teachers’morality in colleges and universities in this paper provides an effective solution strategy for exploring the important practical significance of improving teachers’moral literacy in training talents.
