摘要
针对渤海水驱油田储层动态变化导致的常规调堵体系应用效果逐轮次变差,调驱增产难度逐年增大等难题,研发了一种新型自组装微球调驱体系。通过阴、阳离子静电作用形成的自组装聚集体,剪切后可自修复、再胶结,自适应匹配油藏孔喉结构特征,改变聚合物微球以单一架桥和单一弹性封堵的调驱作用机制。以静电力控制的自组装聚集体,提高了体系在强水窜油藏中的动态吸附和封堵能力,同时保留了聚合物微球不增加作业成本、在线注入的优势。新型自组装微球调驱技术已在渤海油田完成5井次现场应用,阶段累计增油3万m3,取得较好的增油降水效果。
A new self-assembled microspheres profile control and flooding system was developed to solve the problems of poor application effect of conventional profile control and plugging system caused by reservoir dynamic changes in Bohai,and the difficulty of profile control and flooding increasing year by year.The mechanism of self-assembly and self-assembly of polymer microspheres can be changed by self-assembly and self-assembly of polymer microspheres.The self-assembly aggregate controlled by electrostatic force improves the dynamic adsorption and plugging ability of the system in strong water channeling reservoir,and retains the advantages of polymer microspheres without increasing operation cost and on-line injection.The new self-assembled microsphere flooding technology has been applied in five wells in Bohai oilfield,and the cumulative oil production was increased by 30000 cubic meters in each stage,and the effect of increasing oil and lowering water was good.
