间充质干细胞外泌体治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)所致的月经异常、更年期症状及不孕等严重影响育龄期女性的身心健康,常用的激素补充疗法具有一定的局限性。目前国内外多项研究表明间充质干细胞外泌体可抑制化疗导致的卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡,从而改善卵巢功能。本文将对间充质干细胞外泌体在治疗POI中的研究进展进行综述,旨在为外泌体治疗POI的进一步研究提供参考和依据。 Abnormal menstruation,menopausal symptoms and infertility caused by premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)seriously affect the physical and mental health of women.Hormone replacement therapy(HRT),which was commonly used for the treatment of POI,has shown some obvious limitations.Currently,a number of studies have shown that exosomes derived from mesenchymal stem cells(MSC)have great potential in inhibiting the apoptosis of ovarian granulosa cells caused by chemotherapy.so as to improve ovary function.In this thesis,we review the research progress of the application of exosomes derived from MSC in the treatment of POI,aming to provide basis and reference to treatment for POI by exosimes.
