长期头低位卧床实验全周期个体情绪变化过程研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的在90 d头低位卧床(HDBR)条件下对个体情绪变化进行全周期追踪评估。方法以完成90 d-6°HDBR实验的36名男性志愿者为对象,志愿者按照锻炼方案分为5组,测评全周期为135天,分预适应期(卧床前15天)、严格卧床期(HDBR 90天)、恢复期(卧床后30天)三阶段,评估进程中志愿者的焦虑、抑郁、心境状态和唾液皮质醇各指标的变化情况。结果负性情绪成分和状态焦虑在各测试点差异均不显著(P>0.05)且低于常模水平。有力-好动(V)成分在卧床期30~70 d显著下降(P<0.05),同时抑郁显著升高(P<0.05),两者显著负相关(r=-0.82,P<0.01),但抑郁低于常模水平。各锻炼组只有疲惫-惰性(F)成分在卧床期20 d组间差异边缘显著(P=0.06)。所有测试点唾液皮质醇水平均低于卧床期第1天。结论卧床全周期志愿者情绪变化是适度的并主要受到下降的正性情绪影响,中后期呈现情绪相对的抑制状态。全周期情绪进程表达了个体对失重生理适应主动调节,并选择恰当行为反应的过程。 Objective To track and evaluate the individual emotional changes in whole cycle under the condition of long-term head-down tilt bed rest(HDBR).Methods Thirty-six male volunteers of the90-day HDBR experiment were divided into five groups according to the different exercise strategies.Anxiety,depression,mood state and salivary cortisol in the whole 135 days cycle(the first 15 days before bed rest was the pre-adaptation period,the strict bed rest period was 90 days,and the recovery period after bed rest was 30 days) were measured and the changes of each index were evaluated.Results Changes of the negative emotional components and the state anxiety on each test point were not significant(P>0.05),but they were lower than the norm.During the 30~70 d bed rest period,vigor-activity(V) decreased along with the significantly increased depression(P<0.05).Bth of them were negatively correlated(r=-0.82,P<0.01).But depression was also lower than the norm.Only the fatigue-inertia(F) component was marginal significant(P=0.06) among different exercise groups on 20 d.Salivary cortisol levels on all test points were lower than the 1 st day.Conclusion The emotion changes of the volunteers were moderate and mainly influenced by the positive affect during the whole-cycle of HDBR.The emotion showed a relative depressive state in middle and later stages.The whole-cycle emotional process of volunteers expressed the process of individuals’ active adjustment and selecting appropriate behavioral responses to physiological adaptation of weightlessness.
