摘要
为了解决长期以来高原隧道中的除冰难题,基于远距离、非接触的设计理念,提出整合发光单元、利用高能光束远程照射自动除冰的设计思路,并根据高原隧道的具体情况和设计要求,从外形、连接、结构、机械传动、控制模块五个方面对除冰样机进行了设计和研制。先在室内进行了辐照度试验和融冰效果试验,然后在青藏铁路隧道内四个结冰点进行了现场试验。结果表明:通过高能光束远程照射进行可控除冰,不管结冰位置处于隧道何处,光束均可以直接到达;除冰样机作业时隧道内无需停车停电,对隧道内运行的车辆、设备、人员均无任何影响;光束对准后30 min内隧道内所有冰面和冰柱全部消融。该除冰样机除冰效率高、安全可靠,完全可以替代传统人工除冰。
In order to solve the deicing problem in plateau tunnel for a long time,with the design concept of long distance and non-contact,the design idea of integrating the light-emitting unit and using the high-energy beam to irradiate the ice remotely was put forward.According to the specific situation and design requirements of plateau tunnel,the deicing prototype was designed and developed from five aspects of shape,connection,structure,mechanical transmission and control module.The irradiance test and ice melting effect test were firstly carried out in the laboratory,and then the site test was carried out at four icing points in the Qinghai-Tibet railway tunnel.The results show that the high-energy beam is used to irradiate the ice in a long distance,and the beam can reach the ice directly no matter where the ice is in the tunnel.During the operation of the deicing prototype,there is no need to train stop and power off in the tunnel,which has no impact on the vehicles,equipment and pedestrian in the tunnel.All the ice surfaces and icicles in the tunnel will completely melt away within 30 minutes after the beam is aligned.The deicing prototype has high deicing efficiency,safety and reliability,and can completely replace the traditional manual deicing.
