不同菌剂浓度对低温处理下水稻种子萌发能力的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Different Concentrations of Bacterial Agents on the Germination Ability of Rice Seeds under Low Temperature Treatment

摘要 通过运用梯度试验方法,分析不同菌剂浓度下的水稻种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数及萌发活力指数、株高、干物质含量等指标,以期明确不同菌剂浓度对低温处理后的水稻种子发芽能力和生长状况的影响。结果表明,实验过程整体呈现加菌处理优于对照的趋势。当长白9为A 25处理时,发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数及干物质含量均优于其他处理,各处理间差异均不显著(p>0.05);而吉梗81为A 50处理时,发芽率、发芽指数及干物质含量均达最佳,各处理间差异均不显著(p>0.05)。经水稻种子发芽能力综合评价得出,长白9的A 25、吉梗81的A 50处理效果最好。 In this study,the effects of different concentrations of bacterial agents on germination potential,germination rate,germination index and germination activity index of rice seeds,plant height and dry matter content were investigated by using the gradient test method,which it could clarify the effects of different concentrations of bacterial agents on the germination ability and growth status of rice seeds after low temperature treatment.The results showed that the treatment of adding bacteria was better than the control.When Changbai 9 was treated with A 25 bacterial agent,the germination potential,germination rate,germination index and dry matter content were better than those of other treatments,and there were no significant differences among each treatment(p>0.05).The germination rate,germination index and dry matter content of Jigeng 81 treated with A 50 reached the best,and there were no significant differences among each treatments(p>0.05).To sum up,Changbai 9 treated with A 25 and Jigeng 81 treated with A 50 had the best effect according to the comprehensive evaluation of rice seed germination ability.
