温州地区新冠肺炎抗疫一线医护人员职业暴露危险因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨新冠肺炎抗疫一线医护人员职业暴露危险因素,构建职业暴露预测模型。方法对2020年1―2月温州地区10家医疗机构共计326名新冠肺炎抗疫一线的医护人员进行问卷调查;采用单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析职业暴露的潜在危险因素,构建医护人员职业暴露事件的风险预测模型。结果(1)通过单因素及多因素回归分析最终将性别、有无晕倒、面部压疮、是否穿纸尿裤纳入新冠肺炎抗疫一线医护人员职业暴露事件风险预测模型(p<0.05)。(2)绘制ROC曲线,计算曲线下面积(AUC)=0.781,AUC大于0.7,显示该模型有较好的临床预测能力。结论新冠肺炎抗疫一线医护人员职业暴露危险预测模型可为临床人员职业防护提供可参考的理论依据,具有一定的针对性及实用性,保障护理安全。 Objective To explore the occupational exposure risk factors of medical staff in the anti-epidemic fight against COVID-19,and to construct an occupational exposure prediction model.Methods From January to February 2020,a total of 326 medical staff in 10 medical institutions in Wenzhou were surveyed.Single factor and multi-factor Logistic regression were used to analyze the potential risk factors of occupational exposure to construct the risk prediction model of occupational exposure of medical staff.Results(1)Through single-factor and multi-factor regression analysis,gender,fainting,facial pressure sores,and whether to wear diapers were finally included in the risk prediction model of occupational exposure for COVID-19 front-line medical staff(p<0.05).(2)ROC curve were drawn,and the area under the curve(AUC)equaled to 0.781.The AUC is greater than 0.7,showing that the model had good clinical predictive ability.Conclusion The predictive model of occupational exposure risk for front-line medical personnel in the anti-epidemic fight against COVID-19 can provide a theoretical basis for clinical personnel occupational protection.It has a certain pertinence and practicality to ensure nursing safety.
