摘要
数字化融合发展是传统教育出版提高市场竞争力的有效途径,但同时也给传统教育出版企业带来挑战。分析传统教育出版数字融合发展现状,提出转型升级过程中技术、市场与管理3方面风险,并通过层次分析法对风险进行量化评估,最终针对评估结果提出应对风险措施,以期促进教育出版融合发展,为消费者提供优质高效的服务。
Digital Integration Development is an effective way to improve the market competitiveness of traditional educational publishing,but it also brings new challenges and risks to traditional educational publishing enterprises.Based on the analysis of the current situation of digital integration development in traditional education and publication,this paper puts forward three kinds of risks,namely,technology,market and management,which may exist in the process of transformation and upgrading,and makes quantitative evaluation of the risks through the analytic hierarchy process,finally,according to the result of the assessment,the paper puts forward some measures to deal with the risks,in order to improve the effect of the integrated development of education and publication,and to provide high-quality and efficient services for consumers.
