摘要
天津是多水源供水的城市,南水北调水、海水淡化水和其他水源并存。对南水北调和海水淡化两种水源的供水量、水质、供水范围、供水成本、对生态环境的影响以及各自存在的问题等多个方面进行了对比分析,明确南水北调水是天津市不可或缺的重要水源,海水淡化水是天津市必要的补充水源和战略备用水源。本文还提出了解决存在问题的相关措施,充分发挥两种水源各自的优势,共同为天津经济社会发展提供水资源保障。
In the coming few years,two new water sources,the water from Hanjiang River,which is known as the South-to-North water diversion project(South-North water),and the desalinated sea water,will be used to supply water to Tianjin.In this paper we compared the difference between the two water sources in the fields of the available water quantity,water quality,the water supply range,the cost,the impaction to the eco-system as well as the problems each water source has to face,and got the conclusion that the South-North water is indispensable to Tianjin,while the desalinated sea water can be a very necessary and reliable supplementary,especially in the emergency condition.In this paper we also gave out the measures that how to use the two water sources wisely according to their own advantages.
