摘要
运用技术接受模型理论和WCI指数分析方法,对“出版机构类微信公众号排行榜”中排名前20的微信公众号进行特征分析,提出从优化菜单、合理关联小程序和激发用户使用动机等方式提升出版机构微信公众平台运营优化策略。
Based on the theory of TAM and WCI analysis method,this paper analyzed the top 20 WeChat public accounts in“WeChat Publishing agencies ranking list”.It is concluded that through menu optimization,reasonable associate with Mini Program and inspire user’s motivation of use,the operation the operation strategy of WeChat pulblic platform can be aptimized.
