摘要 为满足铁路道岔新产品开发与老旧产品定制化更换对企业供货周期的严苛要求,开发了运行于NX平台的铁路道岔轨件参数化设计系统。通过对铁路道岔核心零部件基本轨、尖轨、护轨等轨件进行结构共性分析与驱动参数提取,构建了轨件基准模型库。通过Visual Studio2015开发平台结合NXOpen API二次开发工具包编写了参数化设计主程序。应用表明,该系统具备与NX主程序统一的界面风格,操作简单,能够实现道岔主要轨件的快速化设计与自动导出工程图,大幅提高了设计效率,缩短了新产品开发与老旧产品定制化更换的供货周期。 In order to meet the strict requirements of new product development and customized replacement of old products on the enterprise supply cycle,a parametric design system of running on NX platform for the railway turnout rail is developed.Based on the analysis of structural commonness and extraction of driving parameters for the core components of railway turnout,such as basic rail,switch rail,guard rail,etc.,the reference model library of rail parts is constructed.By using visual studio 2015 development platform and NX open API secondary development kit,the main parametric design program is compiled.The system has a unified interface style with the main program of NX,and is easy to operate.Application shows it can realize the rapid design of main rail parts of turnout and automatically export engineering drawings,greatly improve the design efficiency,and shorten the supply cycle of new product development and customized replacement of old products.
