摘要
目前座椅手动腰部支撑机构的调节行程不足,不能满足乘坐者的舒适性要求,为了改善此问题,通过应用TRIZ理论,采用资源分析、功能分析、根原因分析等工具分析问题产生的根本原因,并运用矛盾冲突、物场模型、标准解等工具,最终得到13个解决方案。对所得方案进行评价,根据项目情况选择方案9和方案12,有效提高了机构的行程,解决了问题。
At present,the length adjustment of the seat manual lumbar support mechanism is insufficient,which cannot meet the comfort requirements.In order to improve the problem,this paper uses TRIZ theory,resource analysis,functional analysis,root cause analysis and other tools to analyze the root cause of the problem,and uses conflict analysis,substance field analysis and standard solution tools to obtain 13 solutions.In the end,the resulting scheme is evaluated,options 9 and options 12 are selected according to the project situation,which can effectively improve the length adjustment and solved the problem.
