摘要
中西医话语产生于不同的民族文化土壤,形成于不同的时代,是两种各自独立的话语体系,存在诸多的差异性。从空间视角看,中医话语属于东方话语,西医话语属于西方话语;从时间视角看,中医话语属于古代话语,西医话语属于现代话语;从话语性质视角看,中医话语属于哲学话语,西医话语属于科学话语;从话语位势视角看,中医话语属于弱势话语,西医话语属于强势话语。但是,两种话语只是运用了不同的语言游戏规则,展现了不同的医学运行图景,不存在好坏和优劣之分。两种话语存在差异,但不存在对抗,两者可以求同存异,共同存在、共同生长、共同发展。
The discourse of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is produced in the different national culture soil,forms in the different time,is two kind of respective independent discourse systems,has many differences.From the perspective of space,the discourse of traditional Chinese medicine belongs to the eastern discourse,while the discourse of western medicine belongs to the western discourse;from the perspective of time,the discourse of traditional Chinese medicine belongs to ancient discourse,while the discourse of western medicine belongs to modern discourse;from the perspective of discourse nature,TCM discourse belongs to philosophical discourse,while western medicine discourse belongs to scientific discourse;from the perspective of discourse potential,the discourse of traditional Chinese medicine belongs to the weak discourse,while the discourse of western medicine belongs to the strong discourse.However,the two discourses only use different rules of language game and show different medical operation pictures,and there is no difference between good and bad.There are differences between the two discourses,but there is no confrontation,they can seek common ground while reserving differences,co-exist,co-grow and co-develop.
