摘要
为实现我国女子水球运动的健康、可持续发展,采用文献资料等研究方法对我国女子水球后备人才培养的困境及对策进行了研究,研究认为,我国女子水球项目过度依赖首批队员,群众基础薄弱、后备力量不足等是导致我国女子水球在顶级赛事中成绩较难突破的主要原因。我国女子水球队后备运动员专项素质不高、水球运动的社会化程度不高、水球运动的发展体制不够健全等问题,在一定程度上制约了我国女子水球后备人才的培养。研究提出,应当着力加强后备人才专项素质培养、加大水球运动的宣传力度、发挥竞赛杠杆的作用等对策。
In order to realize the healthy and sustainable development of women’s water polo in China,this paper analyzes the current situation of the training of women’s Water Polo Reserve talents in China by using the methods of literature and other research methods,the weak mass base and the lack of reserve forces are the main reasons that make it difficult for China’s women’s water polo to break through in top-level competitions,the current reserve players of women’s water polo teams in various parts of China are not of high professional quality,the number of water polo sports audience groups and professional coaches is relatively small,and the development system of water polo is not sound enough,to some extent,it also restricts the cultivation of women’s water polo reserve talents in China.The research holds that we should strengthen the special quality training of reserve talents,strengthen the propaganda of water polo and play the role of competitive leverage.
