摘要
以过期绿茶叶为原料,在400℃条件下制备生物炭,并研究了绿茶400℃生物炭(TWB)对典型阳离子染料亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附机制。TWB对MB染料的动力学试验和等温吸附试验结果表明:TWB对阳离子染料的吸附动力学符合Elovich模型(R^(2)>0.95),结合颗粒内扩散模型的结果可知TWB对阳离子染料的吸附过程受多种机制共同作用,液膜扩散和颗粒内扩散也对吸附过程有影响;等温吸附模型中Langmuir能更好的描述TWB吸附阳离子染料的吸附行为(R^(2)>0.87),说明阳离子染料在TWB上的吸附为单层吸附且吸附剂表面均匀。研究TWB对MB吸附影响因素的结果表明:温度、pH值、离子强度对MB影响趋势和程度不同。温度越高有利于提高TWB对阳离子染料的吸附作用;弱酸性条件不利于TWB对阳离子染料的吸附,在碱性条件下有利于TWB对阳离子染料的吸附;中、低离子强度更适合TWB对阳离子染料的吸附处理。
Using expired green tea as raw material,biochar was prepared under 400 degrees C conditions,and the adsorption mechanism of green tea waste 400 degrees C biochar(TWB)to typical cation dye mmethyl blue(MB)was studied.The results of TWB with dynamic test and isotemption test on MB dye show that the process of TWB adsorption of cation dye conforms to the quasi-Elovich model(R^(2)>0.95),and in the adsorption isotemberal Langmuir can better describe TWB-to-MB adsorption behavior(R^(2)>0.87),indicating that TWB-to-cation adsorption is the result of a combination of adsorption mechanisms,and the adsorbent surface is uniform.The results combined with the particle diffusion model show that the adsorption rate of TWB to cation dye is controlled by liquid membrane diffusion and particle diffusion.The results of studying the influence factors of TWB on MB adsorption show that the trend and degree of influence of temperature,pH and ion strength on MB are different.The higher the temperature,the higher the effect of TWB on cation dye adsorption,weak acidity condition is not conducive to TWB adsorption of cation dye,in alkaline conditions is conducive to TWB adsorption of cation dye,medium and low ion strength is more suitable for TWB adsorption treatment of cation dye.
