摘要
向对地绝缘的金属桶加注油品时,桶内油品会迅速积聚大量的静电电荷,产生高静电电位。如果此时将防静电接地夹与金属桶连接,将产生较大的火花放电风险,易引燃油品发生火灾爆炸事故。因此,本文通过实例计算孤立带电导体静电放电能量和静电衰减时间,提出了防静电接地夹断开后静置一段时间待静电衰减的安全处置措施。
When the oil is filled into the metal barrel which is insulated to the ground,a large amount of electrostatic charge will be accumulated rapidly in the barrel,resulting in high electrostatic potential.If the anti-static clamp is connected to the metal barrel,it will cause a greater risk of spark discharge,which is easy to ignite oil and cause fire and explosion accidents.Therefore,based on the examples and calculation of electrostatic discharge energy and electrostatic decay time of isolated charged conductor,this paper puts forward the safe disposal measures of static electricity attenuation after the anti-static clamp is disconnected and remains for a period of time.
