摘要
喹唑啉-4(3H)-酮类化合物具有良好的生物活性和药物作用,正因如此,喹唑啉-4(3H)-酮类化合物尤其是2-取代喹唑啉-4(3H)-酮的合成受到了有机合成化学家的关注。本文从不同的反应物出发,总结了近几十年里2-取代喹唑啉-4(3H)-酮的合成研究进展。
Quinazolin-4(3H)-ones exhibit a wide range of biological activities and pharmacological properties,the synthesis of 2-substituted quinazolin-4(3H)-ones attracted the attention of organic synthetic chemists.In this paper,the research progress in the synthesis of 2-substituted quinazolin-4(3H)-ones in recent decades was summarized based on different reactants.
