摘要
目的探讨不同微生物检验法对阴道内念珠菌感染情况的临床检验效果。方法90例阴道内念珠菌感染患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和参照组,每组45例。研究组患者采用凝集法进行检验,参照组患者采用显色法进行检验。观察两组患者检出念珠菌阳性分布情况;比较两组患者念珠菌阳性检出率;分析检出阳性患者念珠菌耐药性。结果研究组患者检出念珠菌阳性分布:3例可柔丝念珠菌阳性,18例白色念珠菌阳性,2例光滑念珠菌阳性,6例热带念珠菌阳性,3例其他念珠菌阳性;参照组患者检出念珠菌阳性分布:1例可柔丝念珠菌阳性,10例白色念珠菌阳性,1例光滑念珠菌阳性,4例热带念珠菌阳性,2例其他念珠菌阳性。研究组患者念珠菌阳性检出率为71.11%,高于参照组患者的40.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者共检出50例念珠菌阳性,对其耐药性进行统计分析,念珠菌对两性霉素B和氟康唑敏感率相对较高,分别为82.00%和76.00%;对咪康唑和益康唑敏感率相对较低,分别为42.00%和40.00%。结论凝集法对阴道内念珠菌感染情况的临床检验有显著效果,可提高阳性检出率,为临床医师提供真实的治疗依据,进而对患者采取对症治疗,在临床上值得应用和推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical test effect of different microbiological tests on Candida infection in vagina.Methods A total of 90 patients with Candida infection in vagina were divided into research group and reference group according to random numerical table,with 45 cases in each group.The research group was test by agglutination method,and the reference group was tested by color development method.The positive distribution of Candida in the two groups was observed.The positive detection rate of Candida in the two groups was compared;the drug resistance of Candida in the positive patients was analyzed.Results The distribution of Candida-positive patients in the research group:3 cases of Candida candida,18 cases of Candida albicans,2 cases of Candida glabrata,6 cases of Candida tropicalis,and 3 cases of other Candida;the positive distribution of Candida was detected in the reference group:1 case of Candida candida,10 cases of Candida albicans,1 case of Candida glabrata,4 cases of Candida tropicalis,and 2 cases of other Candida.The positive detection rate of Candida of the research group was 71.11%,which was higher than 40.00%of reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 50 cases of Candida positive in the two groups of patients,and their drug resistance was statistically analyzed.The sensitivity of Candida to amphotericin B and fluconazole was relatively high,82.00%and 76.00%respectively;the sensitivity to miconazole and econazole is relatively low,42.00%and 40.00%,respectively.Conclusion Agglutination method has a significant effect on the clinical examination of Candida infection in the vagina,which can increase the positive detection rate and provide clinicians with real treatment basis,and then take symptomatic treatment to patients,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
