摘要
目的评价显微镜下斜视矫正手术治疗斜视患者的临床效果。方法88例斜视患者,根据治疗方法不同分为实验组和对照组,每组44例。实验组患者采用显微镜下斜视矫正术,对照组患者采用传统矫正术。对比两组患者临床疗效、手术不良事件发生情况、手术指标、术后并发症发生情况。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率为97.73%,高于对照组的84.09%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.9500,P<0.05)。实验组患者手术不良事件发生率为4.55%,低于对照组的20.45%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.0909,P<0.05)。实验组患者术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、切口愈合时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后并发症发生率对比差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.8123,P>0.05)。结论采用显微镜下斜视矫正手术治疗斜视患者治疗效果显著,且安全性较高,建议临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of strabismus correction surgery under microscope on patients with strabismus.Methods A total of 88 patients with strabismus were divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 44 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with strabismus correction surgery under microscope,and the control group was treated with traditional correction surgery.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse surgical events,surgical indicators,and occurrence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.73%,which was higher than 84.09%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.9500,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse surgical events of the experimental group was 4.55%,which was lower than 20.45%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.0909,P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of the experimental group was less than that of the control group,and operation time and incision healing time were shorter than that of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.8123,P>0.05).Conclusion Strabismus correction surgery under the microscope has a significant therapeutic effect and high safety in the treatment of patients with strabismus.It is recommended for clinical promotion and application.
