摘要
“经济快速发展奇迹”和“社会长期稳定奇迹”这两个奇迹不仅是符合经济社会发展的历史逻辑和实践逻辑,而且还需要依靠制度和治理的支撑。而包括制度和治理在内的中国之治可以作为中国特色社会主义的第三大奇迹,中国之治在以习近平同志为核心的党中央治国理政的实践框架中具有划时代的意义、地位和作用。通过“动力、平衡、治理”的机制,我们还可以再次创造中国之治奇迹。
While the rapid economic development and the long-term social stability are two miracles which not only conform to the historical and practical logic of economic and social development,but also rely on the support of systems and governance,the governance of China,including system and governance,can be regarded as the third miracle of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It has epoch-making significance,status,and role in the practice framework of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core.Through the mechanism of power,balance,and governance,we can once again work another wonder of Chinese governance.
