摘要
针对当前地勘单位财务管理中存在的问题,从创新管理手段、管理理念和管理方法三个方面简述了推行业财一体化管理体系的有利条件,并就如何实施业财一体化提出了具体的措施。
Aming at the problems existing in the financial management of geological prospecting units,this paper briefly describes the favorable conditions for the implementation of the integrated management system of industry and finance from three aspects:innovative management means,management concept and management methods,and puts forward concrete measures on how to implement the integration of industry and finance.
