摘要
为保证工作面最大程度回采资源的同时兼顾30407工作面运输巷安全掘进,根据现场地质条件,对30407工作面沿空掘巷煤柱留设尺寸进行数值模拟。可知:沿空掘巷留设煤柱为5 m,对煤柱进行注浆加固,采取锚杆+金属网+梯子梁支护巷道,掘进期间巷道顶板和两帮最大变形量分别为23 mm、125 mm,满足巷道正常使用要求,且可增加20万t煤炭采出量。
In order to ensure the maximum recovery of resources and the safe driving of the 30407 working face transportation roadway,according to the site geological conditions,the numerical simulation of the coal pillar size of the 30407 working face gob side entry is carried out.It can be seen that the coal pillar size is 5 m,the coal pillar is grouted and reinforced,and the bolt+metal mesh+ladder beam is adopted to support the roadway.During excavation,the maximum deformation of roadway roof and two sides are 23 mm and 125 mm respectively,which can meet the requirements of normal use of roadway,and can increase 200000 tons of coal production.
