山地农村居民点竖向规划研究与实践--以云南省禄劝县新村移民安置点为例 被引量:3

摘要 我国山地面积分布较广,建设山地农村居民点,是提高农村土地利用率、推动乡村振兴和新型城镇化建设、促进城乡协调发展的重要举措。然而,典型山地位置由于地形坡度较大、地质条件复杂,给山地建筑竖向规划设计带来了诸多困难和挑战。针对这些问题,采用小台地竖向布置方案,在台地前缘设置垂直支挡结构,并结合道路、管线、房屋基础等详细讨论了山地农村居民点竖向布置方案的设计要点。研究提出的山地建筑竖向布置方案成功应用于乌东德水电站建设征地移民安置项目--禄劝县新村移民安置点工程,实现了空间布局合理、建筑功能实用、生态环境优美以及工程投资少等要求。研究成果对提升山地农村居民点竖向设计水平具有指导意义和参考价值。 The mountainous area in China is widely distributed and the construction of mountain rural settlements is an important measure to improve rural land utilization,promote rural revitalization and new-type urbanization,and promote coordinated development of urban and rural areas.However,the large terrain slope and complex geological conditions brings about difficulties and challenges to the vertical planning and design of buildings on the slope.In view of these problems,the vertical layout scheme of small platform was proposed,and the vertical supporting structure was set at the front edge of the platform.The design points of the vertical layout scheme were discussed in detail in combination with roads,pipelines and building foundations.The proposed scheme was successfully applied to the land acquisition and resettlement project of Wudongde Hydropower Station,the new village immigrants resettlement site project in Luquan County.The scheme can ensure the reasonable spatial layout,practical building function,beautiful ecological environment,and low investment.This study is of guiding significance and reference value for improving the vertical design level of mountain rural resettlement site.
