摘要
以新疆乌鲁木齐市某污水处理厂二期提标改造A^(2)/O工艺为研究对象,通过监测数据及现场观察分析了该工艺试运行过程中脱氮效果不稳定、出水TN浓度难以达到GB 18918—2002一级A排放标准的影响因素。结果表明,生化反应池微生物活性不够、混合液悬浮固体浓度低、污泥龄短、pH较高、缺氧环境差、回流液中溶解氧浓度高等是主要原因。采用SPSS 25.0进行相关性分析,验证了已找出的影响因子与出水TN有很强的显著性。利用Design Expert 12软件中Box-Behnken模型优化工艺参数,预测了最佳工艺条件下,出水TN浓度范围在1.04~14.98 mg/L,所建立的模型P<0.0001,说明此模型是可靠的。为污水处理厂今后稳定运行提供科学技术支撑。
Taking the A^(2)/O process of a sewage treatment plant in Urumqi,Xinjiang as the research object,the influencing factors of unstable denitrification effect and difficult TN concentration of effluent to meet GB 18918—2002 Level a discharge standard during the trial operation of the process were analyzed through monitoring data and on-site observation.The results showed that the main reasons were the microbial activity of the biochemical reaction tank was insufficient,the concentration of suspended solids in the mixture was low,the sludge age was short,the pH was high,the hypoxia environment was poor,and the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the reflux was high.SPSS 25.0 was used for correlation analysis,which verified that the found influence factors had a strong significance with the effluent TN.The Box-Behnken model in Design Expert 12 software was used to optimize the process parameters,and the TN concentration of the effluent was predicted to range from 1.04 to 14.98 mg/L under the optimal process conditions.The established model P<0.0001 indicated that the model was reliable.It provides scientific and technological support for the stable operation of sewage treatment plant in the future.
