摘要
选用溶剂热法制备了硫化铜/石墨烯纳米复合材料。通过XRD、XPS、TEM、SEM、BET、PL、UV-Vis等对该复合材料进行了表征,并进行了光催化效果分析。结果表明,硫化铜颗粒均匀地分布在石墨烯片层上。通过对染料溶液的光催化降解实验,证明该复合材料具有极好的光催化性能,经5次循环使用不影响光降解效率,有很好的稳定性,因此在染料溶液降解方面具有较高的应用前景。
The CuS/RGO composites were prepared using solvothermal method.The as-obtained samples were characterized by XRD,XPS,TEM,SEM,BET,PL,UV-Vis spectrophotometry,and the photocatalytic effect was analyzed.The results showed that the CuS particles were uniformly dispersed on the surface of RGO.The photocatalytic activity of CuS/RGO composites was evaluated by the degradation of dye solutions.The CuS/RGO composites exhibited a better photocatalytic performance for organic dyes due to the inhibition of recombination of electron-hole pair induced on the surface of CuS.Moreover,no significant decline of CuS/RGO photocatalyst for photodegradation of dyes was observed after five cycles,indicating better photostability of the samples.Thus,the CuS/RGO composites could have a promising application in wastewater treatment.
