摘要
伴随我国劳模运动的蓬勃发展,亟待从理论上深化对劳模问题的研究。作为一项理论创新工程,建构"劳动模范学"必须以习近平总书记关于工人阶级和工会工作的重要论述作为指导思想,紧密联系劳模运动实际,坚持劳模理论研究的"三个转向"原则,从规律的层面努力探索劳模运动的历史规律和发展趋向,建构劳模学的概念和范畴体系,深刻揭示劳模在同其紧密联系的各种关系中所彰显的价值,实现劳模学建构的逻辑化、理论化、学科化、系统化等学术目的。
With the vigorous development of the model worker movement in China,it is urgent to deepen the research on the model workers in theory.To construct"model workers"study as a theoretical innovation project,it is necessary to take General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important remarks on the working class and trade union work as the guiding ideology,closely link with the actual situation of the model workers movement,adhere to the"three turns"principle of the model workers theory,and try to explore the historical law and development trends of the model workers movement from the legal level.Moreover,it is necessary to construct a system of concepts and categories of for the study of model workers,reveal the value of model workers in various relations closely connected with it,so as to realize the academic purposes of logical,theoretical,disciplinary and systematic construction of model workers study.
