摘要
目的分析社区医护人员院前急救知识和技能的培训现状及对策。方法2019年5月—2020年5月该市随机抽取130名社区医护人员,分析其行急救知识与技能培训前后的急救知识技能掌握情况以及培训前后院前抢救成功率。并对当前培训现状与对策进行分析。结果培训后医护人员急救知识与技能掌握情况显著高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后院前抢救成功率显著高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训前愿意进行救援的医护人员84名,占总数的64.62%,培训后愿意进行救援的医护人员124名,占总数的95.38%,其中培训前不愿救援与愿意救援中的92名担心自己急救能力不够。结论加强对社区医护人员院前急救知识与技能的培训,能显著提高其急救知识掌握率,提高院前急救成功率。
Objective To analyze the current situation and countermeasures of prehospital first aid knowledge and skills training for community medical staff.Methods From May 2019 to May 2020,130 of community medical staff were randomly selected from the city,and the first aid knowledge of the community medical staff before and after the first aid knowledge and skills training skills mastery and pre-hospital rescue success rate before and after training was analyzed.Analyze the current training status and countermeasures.Results After the training,the first aid knowledge and skills of the medical staff were significantly higher than before the training,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the success rate of the pre-hospital rescue after the training was significantly higher than before the training,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the medical staff willing to rescue before and after the training 84 patients accounted for 64.62%of the total.124 medical staff were willing to rescue after training,accounting for 95.38%of the total.Among them,92 people who were unwilling to rescue before training and were willing to rescue were worried about their insufficient first aid ability.Conclusion Strengthening the training of pre-hospital first aid knowledge and skills for community medical staff can significantly increase the nurses’first aid knowledge mastering rate and increase the pre-hospital first aid success rate.
