低挥发超柔软高回弹有机硅导热垫片的研制 被引量:2

摘要 以端乙烯基侧链乙烯基硅油、端含氢硅油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、乙烯基MQ硅树脂混合物以及氧化铝等为原料,制得低挥发超柔软高回弹导热垫片,探讨了原料配比及加工工艺对垫片硬度、回弹性以及挥发率等性能的影响。较佳工艺条件为:端乙烯基侧链乙烯基硅油与端含氢硅油质量比为3.67∶1、胶料中聚二甲基硅氧烷的质量分数为68.96%、胶料中偶联剂的质量分数为0.087%、高温抽真空处理时间为8 h,制得的垫片热导率为3.430 W/(m·K),邵尔OO硬度为22度,在150℃×24 h下挥发物的质量分数为0.0242%,具有良好的回弹性,表观挥发率测试无凝结,可用于安防监控产品。 A low-volatility,ultra-soft and high-resilient of thermally conductive gaskets are prepared by vinyl-terminated side chain vinyl silicone oil,hydrogen-terminated silicone oil,polydimethylsiloxane,vinyl MQ silicone resin and alumina as raw materials.The influence of the raw material ratios and processing on the hardness,resilience and volatilization rate of thermal conductive gaskets are discussed.The optimal conditions are as follows:the mass ratio of vinyl-terminated side chain vinyl silicone oil to hydrogen-terminated silicone oil is 3.67∶1,the mass fraction of polydimethylsiloxane in colloid is 68.96%,the mass fraction of coupling agent in colloid is 0.087%,the vacuum treatment time at high temperature is 8 h,the prepared gasket has the thermal conductivity of 3.430 W/(m·K),the Shore OO hardness of 22 degrees,and the mass fraction of volatile matter of 0.0242%at 150℃for 24 h.The thermal gasket has good resilience and no condensation in test of the apparent volatilization,which can be used for security monitoring products.
