摘要
外资零售巨头开市客登陆上海,其在中国的发展备受零售行业关注。研究运用层次分析法、熵值法、综合评价法对开市客与我国新零售代表性企业盒马鲜生、超级物种的竞争力进行比较评价,发现开市客在商品广度、购物环境、配送效率等方面存在不足,相较国内新零售企业存在一定差距,这会严重制约其在我国的发展。研究还揭示了中国新零售特征,为新零售业快速健康发展提供参考。
The foreign retail enterprise Costco has landed in Shanghai,and their development in China has attracted much attention from the retail industry.The study uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),entropy method,and comprehensive evaluation method to compare and evaluate the competitiveness of Costco and domestic new retail representative enterprises Hema Fresh and Super Species.It is found that the Costco has a poor performance in commodity breadth,shopping environment and delivery efficiency,which is a gap compared with new domestic retail enterprises and will seriously restricts its development in China.The research also reveals the characteristics of China′s new retail enterprise,providing reference for the rapid and healthy development of the new retail industry.
