摘要
目的分析儿童尿道下裂术后造成尿道狭窄的原则,探究预防护理方法并观察其实施效果。方法方便选择2018年10月—2019年8月期间于该院行尿道下裂手术的70例儿童为研究对象,35例患儿接受常规护理护理(纳入对照组),另35例患儿接受预防护理干预(纳入预防组),比较两组患儿临床主要指标恢复、尿道狭窄发生及护理满意度。结果预防组患儿拔管、首次排便、住院时间分别为(8.44±1.23)d、(31.35±5.47)h、(10.32±2.14)d,均短于对照组的(10.24±2.07)d、(52.47±7.80)h、(14.59±2.14)d,差异有统计学意义(t=4.423、13.115、8.347,P<0.05)。预防组尿道狭窄率、护理满意度依次为5.71%、91.43%,对照组分别为25.71%、68.57%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.285、5.741,P<0.05)。结论儿童在接受尿道下裂手术治疗阶段,实施预防护理干预,能缩短拔管、首次排便时间,降低尿道狭窄发生的风险,促进患儿早日康复,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the principles of urethral stricture caused by hypospadias in children,explore preventive care methods and observe its implementation effects.Methods From October 2018 to August 2019,70 children who underwent hypospadias surgery in the hospital were selected.35 children received routine nursing care(included in the control group),and the other 35 children received preventive care intervention(included in the prevention group).Compared the two groups of the main clinical indicators of the child recovered,the occurrence of urethral stricture and nursing satisfaction.Results The extubation,first defecation,and hospitalization time of children in the prevention group were(8.44±1.23)d,(31.35±5.47)h,and(10.32±2.14)d,which were shorter than those of the control group(10.24±2.07)d and(52.47±7.80)h,(14.59±2.14)d,the difference were statistically significant(t=4.423,13.115,8.347,P<0.05).The rate of urethral stricture and care satisfaction in the prevention group were 5.71% and 91.43%,respectively,and the control group were 25.71% and 68.57% respectively.The difference were statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.285,5.741,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of preventive nursing intervention in children undergoing hypospadias surgery can shorten the time of extubation and first defecation,reduce the risk of urethral stricture,and promote the early recovery of children.It is worthy of promotion.
