摘要
目的探究低频重复经颅磁刺激对精神分裂症患者顽固性幻听和认知功能的调节作用。方法方便选取2019年1月—2020年4月收治的110例精神分裂症患者并按照随机法将其分为两组。在常规治疗基础上给予实验组低频重复经颅磁刺激,给予对照组伪探头假性刺激,观察两组的治疗效果。结果实验组在治疗后的PANSS评分、AHRS评分、CGI评分及MMSE评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予对精神分裂症患者应用低频重复经颅磁刺激,能够有效调节其顽固性幻听的严重程度,并且有效改善其认知功能。
Objective To explore the effect of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on intractable auditory hallucinations and cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia.Methods convenient selection of the patients with schizophrenia admitted to the hospital recently and divide them into 2 groups from Janaury 2019 to April 2020 according to the random method.On the basis of conventional treatment,the experimental group was given low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,and the control group was given pseudo-probe pseudo-stimulation to observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results The PANSS score,AHRS score,CGI score and MMSE score of the experimental group after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation to patients with schizophrenia can effectively regulate the severity of intractable auditory hallucinations and effectively improve their cognitive function.
