摘要
目的探讨经鼻型肠梗阻导管对妊娠期肠梗阻的治疗意义。方法方便选取该院2019年8月—2020年8月收治的88例妊娠期肠梗阻患者作为研究对象,按照数字表评分法将患者划为对照组和研究组,每组44例。研究组患者使用经鼻型肠梗阻导管进行胃肠减压,对照组患者使用普通鼻胃管进行胃肠减压,观察分析两组患者症状缓解情况和住院时间情况、治疗前后营养状况指标情况、治疗结局情况。结果研究组治疗后血清白蛋白(50.98±2.91)g/L、血清转铁蛋白(3.52±0.12)g/L均高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(t=8.793、8.789,P<0.05);研究组首次排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间均短于对照组,24 h胃肠减压量、24 h腹围缩小量均高于对照组,且治疗结局优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为妊娠期肠梗阻患者使用经鼻型肠梗阻导管进行治疗,可以改善患者治疗结局,患者症状缓解显著,且患者营养状况指标改善良好。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic significance of transnasal intestinal obstruction catheter for intestinal obstruction during pregnancy.Methods 88 patients with intestinal obstruction during pregnancy received in the hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were conveniently selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to the numerical table scoring method,with 44 cases in each group.Patients in the study group used transnasal intestinal obstruction catheters for gastrointestinal decompression,and patients in the control group used ordinary nasogastric tubes for gastrointestinal decompression.Observation and analysis of symptom relief,hospitalization time,nutritional status indicators,treatment outcome before and after treatment.Results After treatment,serum albumin(50.98±2.91)g/L and serum transferrin(3.52±0.12)g/L in the study group were higher than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=8.793,8.789,P<0.05);the study group's first exhaust time,first defecation time,and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group.The 24-hour gastrointestinal decompression and the 24-hour abdominal circumference reduction were higher than those of the control group,and the treatment outcome was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of transnasal intestinal obstruction catheter for treatment of intestinal obstruction during pregnancy can improve the treatment outcome of the patient.The symptoms of the patient are relieved significantly,and the nutritional status of the patient has improved well.
