摘要
目的泌尿外科留置尿管患者预防尿路感染的护理。方法采用电脑随机法将我院于2018年1月至2018年12月间收治的112例泌尿外科留置尿管患者划分为观察组与对照组,每组各56例,观察组采取预防性护理干预,对照组采用常规护理,评价两组患者尿路感染发生率、尿管留置、住院时间、满意度。结果观察组尿路感染发生率低,患者尿管留置时间、住院时间均短,满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论泌尿外科留置尿管患者采取预防性护理干预可积极预防尿路感染。
Objective To discuss urinary tract infection prevention nursing in urology department.Methods We chose 112 of cases indwelling urinary catheter patients in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018,divided them into observation group and control group randomly,56 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with preventive nursing intervention,while control group with routine nursing.Evaluate incidence of urinary tract infection,catheter indwelling,length of stay and satisfaction degree of two groups.Results Incidence of urinary tract infection in observation group was lower,indwelling time and length of stay of patients was shorter,and satisfaction degree was higher than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Preventive nursing intervention can actively prevent urinary tract infection of indwelling catheter patients in urology department.
