摘要
目的分析肩周炎采用射频针刀辅以关节腔臭氧注射的临床疗效。方法本研究收集了2018年7月至2019年12月我科室收治的符合所有排除和纳入标准的120例患者进行试验。患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组给予手法治疗。观察组给予射频针刀联合臭氧关节腔注射治疗。治疗1个月后评价总有效率、Constant评分和VAS评分。结果治疗后,两组总有效率、Constant评分和VAS评分均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论肩周炎采用射频针刀辅以关节腔臭氧注射的临床疗效明确,在改善肩关节功能、减轻肩部疼痛方面具有一定优势。
Objective To analyze clinical effect of radiofrequency acupotomy combined with ozone injection in articular cavity for scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods According to all exclusion and inclusion criteria,we chose 120 patients in our department from July 2018 to December 2019.Divided them into control group and observation group randomly.Control group was treated with manual therapy,and observation group with radiofrequency acupotomy combined with ozone intra-articular injection.One month after treatment,evaluated total effective rate,Constant and VAS scores.Results After treatment,total effective rate,Constant scores and VAS scores of two groups showed P<0.05.Conclusion Radiofrequency needle knife combined with intra-articular ozone injection can achieve clear clinical effect for scapulohumeral periarthritis,which has certain advantages in improving shoulder joint function and relieving shoulder pains.
