摘要
第三次国土调查(以下简称“三调”)要求对不一致图斑等进行实地举证。常规的人工到实地用平板举证的方法工作量大,拍摄角度有限,制约条件多,本文提出一种利用无人机进行拍摄举证的方案,在三调实际工作中,按此方案拍摄的倾斜相片,带有定位定向信息且多角度、全覆盖,能有效分辨地面植被种类与状况。此方案大幅提高了地类认定准确度和图斑边界精度,将大量沉重的外业工作转化为内业处理,降低了工作难度,并存留了全视角全覆盖的高清图像,极利于后期检查回溯。
The third nationwide land survey requires proof of inconsistent map spots.The traditional method of using flat panel to provide evidence from manual work to the field has a large workload,limited shooting angle and many constraints.In this paper,a scheme of shooting and proofing by UAV is proposed.In the practical work of The third survey,tilt photographs taken according to this scheme have orientation information and multi-angle and full coverage,which can effectively distinguish the types and conditions of ground vegetation.This scheme greatly improves the accuracy of class identification and the accuracy of the boundary of the patches,transforms a large number of heavy field work into internal processing,reduces the difficulty of work,and retains hd images with full perspective and full coverage,which is very conducive to later inspection and backtracking.
