摘要 针对海底管线用HFW焊管焊缝裂纹、未熔合、氧化物夹杂等缺陷,从HFW焊管焊缝缺陷类型出发,分析了相关标准对海底管线用HFW焊管焊缝超声波检测的要求和局限性,提出了HFW焊管焊缝超声波检测缺陷定位和辨识的简易方法,并指出超声波检测时应重视低于基准灵敏度的缺陷回波,不能仅局限于API SPEC 5L和DNV-OS-F101标准要求的基准灵敏度;超声波自动检测过程中,扫查灵敏度应提高6 dB,必要时须采用其他方式配合确认。 In view of the defects such as cracks,lack of fusion and oxide inclusions in the weld of HFW welded pipe,the requirements and limitations of the relevant standards for ultrasonic testing of the weld of HFW welded pipe for offshore service pipeline are analyzed on the basis of the weld defects types of HFW welded pipe.A simple method for defect location and identification in ultrasonic testing of HFW welded pipe welds is proposed.It is pointed out that the defect echo which is lower than the reference sensitivity should be paid attention to in ultrasonic testing,and it should not be limited to the reference sensitivity required by API SPEC 5Land DNV-OS-F101.In the process of ultrasonic automatic detection,the scanning sensitivity should be increased by 6 dB,and other methods should be used for confirmation if necessary.
