摘要
基于《黄帝内经》"阳化气,阴成形"理论分析人体孕育及生命形成的过程,"阳气亏虚不化气,阴不成胎反成浊"是造成不孕的核心病机,由此提出温阳化浊为治疗大法,应贯穿整个不孕症的治疗始终。治疗上强调卵巢功能与子宫内膜容受性应同步调理,温肾健脾以助卵泡发育,化湿蠲浊以调整子宫内膜状态,同时须审详证候虚实,灵活运用温阳化浊法加减,以达到阴平阳秘的状态。
This paper analysed the human fertility and the process of life formation based on the theory ‘yang transforming qi, yin shaping up body’ in the book named Huangdi Neijing. ‘Deficiency of yang qi failure of transforming qi, yin not fetal reversion into turbidity’ is the core disease caused infertility. Thus, we propose the theory of warming yang and resolving turbidity for the treatment of the law which should run through the whole infertility treatment process. The ovarian function and the tolerance of endometrial should be recuperated simultaneously. Warming the kidney and fortify the spleen can help the development of follicles. Removing dampness and turbid can adjust the endometrial state. At the same time, we should examine the deficiency and reality of the syndrome, and use the method of warming yang and resolving turbidity in order to achieve the balance state between yin and yang.
