摘要
元气根于肾,以肾中所藏的先天精气为主体,并赖后天之精以充养而成。培元固本法是一种以培护脾肾元气为核心的治法,重视脾肾同调,先天后天相互资生,促进受损的元气恢复,使疾病痊愈。王平教授长年坚持中医临床工作,擅长应用培元固本法治疗以元气亏虚为主的疾病,疗效显著。文章选取有代表性的元气亏虚所致的泄泻、瘛疭、畏寒病案3例,结合病案分析其治疗经验。
Primordial qi is rooted in the kidney, which is mainly composed of the innate essence stored in the kidney and depends on the acquired essence to be nourished. The method of consolidating vital base and supplementing primordial qi is a treatment method with the core of cultivating the primordial qi of the spleen and kidney. It attaches great importance to spleen and kidney joint nourishment and attaches great importance to the mutual support of innate and acquired, so as to promote the recovery of damaged primordial qi and cure diseases. Professor WANG Ping has been engaged in the clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine for a long time. He is good at using consolidating vital base and supplementing primordial qi to treat diseases mainly caused by deficiency of primordial qi. In this paper, 3 representative cases of diarrhea, clonic convulsion, tugging and slackening, symptom of fear of cold caused by deficiency of primordial qi were selected and his treatment experience was analyzed.
