摘要
随着人口老龄化,脑病的发病率也逐年增高。如今,脑血管疾病、老年痴呆症等脑病已经成为严重威胁人类健康的常见病、多发病。中医学对脑理论的认识、争议不断,缺乏系统完备、精细深入的分析研究。因此,对中医学脑理论进行系统研究,并寻找本始传统脑理论,对中医传统理论的传承与发展具有重大意义,同时对脑病临床辨证论治也有一定的指导意义。文章查阅殷商时期至明清以来的中医古籍文献,系统梳理脑理论的源流及历史发展演变脉络,总结出不同时期中医对"脑"范畴的不同认识,明确了脑在精神活动中的重要地位及其生理功能和病理变化,以期为临床应用提供参考。
With the aging of the population, the incidence rate of encephalopathy is increasing year by year. Nowadays, cerebrovascular disease, Alzheimer’s disease and other brain diseases have become a serious threat to human health, common diseases.However, the understanding of brain theory in traditional Chinese medicine is different and controversial, lacking of systematic and thorough analysis and research. Therefore, we should systematically study the brain theory of traditional Chinese medicine and look for the original traditional brain theory. It not only has great significance to the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine theory, but also has certain guiding significance to the clinical differentiation and treatment of encephalopathy. This paper reviews the ancient books and documents of traditional Chinese medicine from the Yin and Shang dynasties to the Ming and Qing dynasties. Systematically combing the origin and development of the theory of the brain. Summarize the different understanding of the category of ‘brain’ in traditional Chinese medicine in different periods. The important position of brain in mental activity and its physiological function and pathological changes were clarified. Hope to provide reference for clinical application.
