摘要
人体的胃肠道内寄居着数不胜数且种类繁多的微生物群,这些肠道微生物群参与着人体的多种生理活动如消化吸收、免疫调节、内分泌等,起着保护胃肠道和维持人体生理功能的重要作用,故肠道菌群也称为人体的"第二基因组"。近年来随着学者们对肠道菌群研究的不断深入,发现肠道菌群在中枢神经系统中有着重要地位,并提出了"微生物-肠-脑轴"理论,肠道菌群失调可通过内分泌等途径干扰大脑神经信号致使脑部疾病的发生,这与中医痴呆病机与脾相关极为相似,而脾主运化与肠道菌群稳定有着十分紧密的联系,肠道菌群功能同样也影响脾的生理功能,以脾-肠道菌群为切入点,深入探讨中医从脾-肠道菌群论治痴呆的作用机制。
The gastrointestinal tract of the human body is inhabited by numerous and diverse microbial communities which are involved in various physiological activities such as digestion and absorption,immune regulation,endocrine and so on and play an important role in protecting the gastrointestinal tract and human physiological function,and so the intestinal flora is also called the"second genome".In recent years,with the development of research on intestinal flora,it has been found that intestinal flora plays an important role in the central system and it has put forward the theory of"micro-organism-gut-brain axis".Intestinal flora imbalance may interfere with brain nerve signals through endocrine and other channels,which is very similar to the pathogenesis of dementia in traditional Chinese medicine and the spleen is closely related to the stability of intestinal flora,and the function of intestinal flora also affects the physiological function of spleen.This paper took spleen-gut flora as the point to explore the mechanism of TCM treating dementia from spleen-gut flora.
