摘要
目的研究分析术后机械通气病人的肠外营养支持及中医护理效果。方法在2015年1月—2020年10月期间,研究人员收集这一阶段在我院诊治的200例术后机械通气患者作为此次研究对象,根据动态随机分组法,分成研究组100例,对照组100例。研究组给予肠外营养支持及中医护理,对照组给予常规护理。观察两组的营养指标变化、N端脑钠肽前体含量、血气指标、撤机时间以及住院时间情况等具体情况。结果对照组的营养指标改善情况低于研究组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的N端脑钠肽前体含量高于研究组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组血气指标改善情况低于研究组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的撤机时间高于研究组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的住院时间高于研究组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后机械通气患者采用肠外营养支持及中医护理相对于传统护理工作,可明显的提高患者的营养指标,保证患者营养水平满足实际的身体需求;患者的N端脑钠肽前体含量水平也有所下降,心肌扩张情况得到了改善;患者的血气指标逐渐恢复到正常范围;撤机时间以及住院时间缩短,在同样的治疗护理时间内,有更多的患者得到理想预后效果,实现了医院治疗护理效率的提升,此护理方式适用于术后机械通气患者的临床推广使用。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of parenteral nutrition support and traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with mechanical ventilation after operation.Methods From January 2015 to October 2020,the researchers collected 200 postoperative mechanically ventilated patients who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital at this stage as the study objects.According to the dynamic randomization method,they were divided into study groups of 100 cases.100 cases in the reference group.The study group was given parenteral nutrition support and traditional Chinese medicine care,and the reference group was given routine care.Observe the changes of nutritional indicators,N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide content,blood gas indicators,weaning time and hospital stay of the two groups of patients.Results The improvement of nutritional indicators of the reference group was lower than that of the study group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the content of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide in the reference group was higher than that of the study group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The blood gas index improvement of the reference group was lower than that of the study group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the weaning time of the reference group was higher than that of the study group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the length of stay in the reference group was higher than that of the study group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional nursing work,the use of parenteral nutrition support and traditional Chinese medical care for mechanically ventilated patients after surgery can significantly improve the nutritional indicators of patients and ensure that the nutritional level of patients meets actual physical needs;the content of N-terminal pro-brain natriu
