摘要
目的探究眼针疗法对脑中风康复期患者语言及运动功能的影响。方法收集脑中风康复期患者92例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各46例。对照组给予常规药物治疗和肢体功能训练,早期予以床上练习,随患者病情康复进行步行训练,然后进行行走、负重行走练习,每日练习时间为1 h,每日2次,康复训练循序渐进的进行。治疗组在对照组的基础上予以眼针治疗,取穴:患肢侧上焦区、下焦区,每次1 min,留针30 min。两组治疗时间为4周。肢体功能康复训练同对照组。治疗结束后对比两组临床疗效、神经功能缺损程度评分、日常生活评分、Fuel-Meyer运动功能评分法及失语指数(AQ)。结果治疗后与对照组相比,治疗组临床总有效率较高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NIHSS评分降低,ADL评分、Fuel-Meyer评分以及AQ评分升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组NIHSS评分较低,ADL评分、Fuel-Meyer评分以及AQ评分较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眼针能减轻脑中风康复期患者神经功能缺损程度,相比应用药物与康复训练,联用眼针更能促进语言及运动功能的全面康复,适宜临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of eye acupuncture therapy on language and motor function of stroke patients in rehabilitation period.Methods A total of 92 patients with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,46 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional drug treatment and limb function training,early bed exercise,walking training with the patients’condition recovery,and then walking and carrying out weight-bearing walking exercise.The daily exercise time was 1 h,twice a day,and the rehabilitation training was carried out step by step.The experimental group was treated with eye acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The acupoints were located in the upper and lower focus areas of the affected limb,1 minforeach timeand the needle was retained for 30 min.The treatment time of the two groups was 4 weeks.The rehabilitation training of limb function was the same as that of the control group.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,neurological deficit score,daily life score,fuel Meyer motor function score and aphasia index(AQ)were compared between the two groups.Results①Compared with that of the control group,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).②After treatment,NIHSS score of the two groups decreased.ADL score,fuel Meyer score and AQ score of two groups increased.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with those of the control group,NIHSS score of the experimental group was lower.ADL score,fuel Meyer score and AQ score were higher and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the application of drugs and rehabilitation training,eye acupuncture can promote the comprehensive rehabilitation of language and motor function,which is suitable for clinical application.
