高职院校二级院系外部治理体系的构建——基于集体行动的逻辑

摘要 当前对高职院校外部治理的研究和实践主要停留在学校层面,根据集体行动的逻辑,小集团相对大集团更容易达成一致行动,在合作方面更具有效力。为此,有必要将高职院校与外部主体的合作深入到二级院系层面,具体可在二级院系层面构建外部治理体系,协调企业和社会主体参与技术技能型人才培养过程。根据集体行动理论分析高职院校二级院系外部治理主体在合作育人方面的行动逻辑,并在此基础上提出构建院系外部治理体系的路径。 At present,the research and practice of external governance of higher vocational colleges mainly stay at the school level.According to the logic of collective action,small groups are easier to reach consensus action than large groups,and have more effectiveness in cooperation.Therefore,it is necessary to deepen the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and external subjects to the level of subordinate faculties.Specifically,an external governance system can be built at the level of subordinate faculties to coordinate enterprises and social subjects to participate in the training process of technical and skilled personnel.According to the theory of collective action,this paper analyzes the action logic of the external governance subject of subordinate faculties of higher vocational colleges in the aspect of cooperative education,and on this basis,proposes the path to construct the external governance system of the subordinate faculties.
