摘要
目的分析大柴胡汤加减治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法该次研究对象为该院收治的92例2型糖尿病患者,患者在2017年7月—2019年4月期间入院,将患者分为研究组和普通组,分组法为计算机随机分组,普通组给予常规降糖治疗和饮食控制,研究组在此基础上给予大柴胡汤加减治疗,比较两组患者的血糖指标和治疗效果。结果研究组患者治疗后空腹血糖为(5.66±1.32)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖为(8.97±2.01)mmol/L,糖化血红蛋白为(5.13±0.62)%,与普通组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后BMI指数为(25.77±1.63)kg/m2,和普通组BMI对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者的治疗有效率达到了97.83%(45/46),普通组为80.43%(37/46),两组治疗显效率数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大柴胡汤加减治疗2型糖尿病能够有效降低患者血糖水平,提升疗效,值得使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Dachaihu Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods The subjects of this study were 92 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the hospital.The patients were admitted from July 2017 to April 2019.The patients were divided into study group and general group.The grouping method was computer randomized grouping,general group was given conventional hypoglycemic therapy and diet control,the study group was given Dachaihu Decoction addition and subtraction treatment on this basis,and compared the blood glucose indicators and therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients.Results The fasting blood glucose of the patients in the study group after treatment was(5.66±1.32)mmol/L,the 2 h postprandial blood glucose was(8.97±2.01)mmol/L,and the glycosylated hemoglobin was(5.13±0.62)%.Compared with the general group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the BMI index of patients in the study group after treatment was(25.77±1.63)kg/m2,compared with the general group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the treatment efficiency of the patients in the study group reached 97.83%(45/46),the normal group was 80.43%(37/46),compared the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Dachaihu Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes can effectively reduce the blood glucose level of patients and improve the curative effect.It is worth using.
