摘要
通过分子结构设计,成功合成了一种与工程塑料尼龙6(PA6)具有良好相容性的热致性液晶聚氨酯(LCPU),采用挤出注塑的方式制备了不同配比的LCPU/PA6复合材料,其结构与性能通过红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、偏光显微镜(POM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、万能拉力机和毛细管流变仪进行表征。结果表明,当LCPU的质量分数为6%时,LCPU/PA6的拉伸强度增强了50.6%,弯曲强度提升了51.0%;LCPU独特的流变学特性改善了PA6的加工性能,材料的熔体流动速率(MFR)由8.85 g·(10 min)^(-1)提升至26.15 g·(10 min)^(-1);复合材料的断面SEM照片表明,LCPU在复合体系中原位成纤,且在PA6基体中分散均匀,并且与基体的相容性良好。
A thermotropic liquid crystalline polyurethane(LCPU)with good compatibility with engineering plastics nylon 6(PA6)was successfully synthesized by molecular structure design.LCPU/PA6 composites with different proportions were prepared by extrusion-injection method.The structure and properties of LCPU/PA6 composites were characterized by FT-IR,DSC,POM,SEM,universal tension machine and capillary rheometer.The cross-section SEM photos of the composite show that the LCPU is recovering.In-situ fibrillation and uniform dispersion in PA6 matrix are achieved in the system,and the compatibility with the matrix is good.The results show that when the mass fraction of LCPU is 6%,the tensile strength of LCPU/PA6 is increased by 50.6%,and the bending strength is increased by 51.0%.The unique rheological properties of LCPU improve the processing performance of PA6.The melting flow rate(MFR)of material is increased from 8.85 g·(10 min)^(-1)to 26.15 g·(10 min)^(-1).The cross-sectional SEM photographs of the composite show that the LCPU is in-situ fibrillating and LCPU disperses uniformly in the PA6 matrix and is compatible with the matrix.
