摘要
目的分析早期康复护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取本院2018年1月至2019年5月收治的96例脑卒中偏瘫患者,按数字表法随机分为两组,对照组48例实施常规护理干预,试验组48例在此基础上实施早期康复护理干预,比较两组患者的肢体功能和生活质量评分。结果护理后,试验组的躯体功能、心理功能、社会职能以及物质功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组的肢体功能评分无差异(P>0.05);护理后两组的肢体功能评分较护理前均明显提高,且试验组要高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中偏瘫患者实施早期康复护理干预,护理效果理想,能有效提高患者的生活质量及肢体功能评分。
Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on limb function and quality of life of stroke hemiplegic patients.Methods A total of 96 stroke hemiplegic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to digital table method.48 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention and 48 patients in the experimental group received early rehabilitation nursing intervention based on this.The scores of limb function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no difference in limb function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with before nursing,the limb function scores of the two groups after nursing were significantly improved,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention for stroke patients with hemiplegia has an ideal nursing effect,which can effectively improve the quality of life and limb function scores of patients,and is recommended to be popularized.
