酶联免疫吸附检验与光激化学发光法检测乙肝病毒的临床对比研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨酶联免疫吸附检验与光激化学发光法检测乙肝病毒的临床对比。方法选取该院2018年12月—2019年12月收治的100例乙肝病毒携带者,均经临床确诊,两组乙肝病毒携带者均按照常规方式获取标本,检测患者乙肝病毒标记物(乙肝核心抗体、乙肝e抗原、乙肝e抗体、乙肝表面抗体、乙肝表面抗原),根据不同检测分为两组,对照组(n=50)接受酶联免疫吸附法检测,观察组(n=50)接受光激化学发光法检测,对比两种检测方法的乙肝病毒标记物阳性概率和检测灵敏度。结果观察组乙肝核心抗体、乙肝e抗原、乙肝e抗体、乙肝表面抗体、乙肝表面抗原阳性率分别为70.00%、42.00%、44.00%、24.00%、64.00%,对照组分别为66.00%、42.00%、30.00%、12.00%、50.00%。两组乙肝病毒携带者的乙肝病毒标记物中乙肝核心抗体、乙肝e抗原阳性概率对比差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.368、0.000,P>0.05);观察组乙肝病毒标记物中乙肝e抗体、乙肝表面抗体、乙肝表面抗原阳性概率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.204、4.878、3.998,P<0.05)。光激化学发光法的检测最低浓度为0.05 IU/mL;酶联免疫吸附法的检测最低浓度为0.14 IU/mL;0.05 IU/mL<0.14 IU/mL,说明光激化学发光法的检测灵敏度更高。结论两种检测方法均具有一定价值,但光激化学发光法的检测准确度和灵敏度更高,有利于动态监测乙型肝炎。 Objective To explore the clinical comparison between enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and light-induced chemiluminescence in the detection of hepatitis B virus.Methods 100 cases of hepatitis B virus carriers admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected,all of whom were clinically diagnosed.Both groups of hepatitis B virus carriers obtained specimens according to routine methods to detect hepatitis B virus markers(Hepatitis B core antibody,hepatitis B e antigen,hepatitis B e antibody,hepatitis B surface antibody,hepatitis B surface antigen)were divided into two groups according to different tests.The control group(n=50)received enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,the observation group(n=50)accepted the photo-induced chemiluminescence method to compare the positive probability and detection sensitivity of the two detection methods for hepatitis B virus markers.Results The positive rates of hepatitis B core antibody,hepatitis B e antigen,hepatitis B e antibody,hepatitis B surface antibody,and hepatitis B surface antigen in the observation group were 70.00%,42.00%,44.00%,24.00%,64.00%,the control group were 66.00%,42.00%,30.00%,12.00%,50.00%.There was no statistically significant difference in the positive probability of hepatitis B core antibody and hepatitis B e antigen in the hepatitis B virus markers of the two groups of hepatitis B virus carriers(χ^(2)=0.368,0.000,P>0.05);in the hepatitis B virus markers of the observation group,hepatitis B e antibody and hepatitis B surface antibody positive probability of hepatitis B surface antigen was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.204,4.878,3.998,P<0.05).The lowest detection concentration of photo-induced chemiluminescence method was 0.05 IU/mL;the lowest detection concentration of enzyme-linked immunosorbent method was 0.14 IU/mL;0.05 IU/mL<0.14 IU/mL,indicating that the detection sensitivity of photo-induced chemiluminescence method was higher.Conclusion Both detec
