摘要
目的对围术期全程护理模式在糖尿病腹部手术患者治疗中的临床运用情况加以分析。方法随机抽选2019年4月—2020年3月该院所接诊的择期实施腹部手术的糖尿病患者78例作为研究对象,按护理模式不同分成对照组与全程组。前者采取常规护理措施,在此前提下,后者再予以围术期全程护理模式;对以上两组患者的临床护理情况加以观察。结果全程组患者术中血糖、术后血糖、切口愈合时间以及住院时间等明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);全程组患者并发症发生率(5.1%)比对照组患者(23.1%)低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.186,P<0.05);全程组患者的护理满意度(97.4%)显著高于对照组(79.5%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.522,P<0.05)。结论对行腹部手术治疗的糖尿病患者实施围术期全程护理模式,效果甚佳。
Objective To analyze the clinical application of the perioperative whole-course nursing model in the treatment of diabetic abdominal surgery patients.Methods A total of 78 diabetic patients undergoing elective abdominal surgery in the hospital from April 2019 to March 2020 were randomly selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and full-course group according to different nursing modes.The former adopted conventional nursing measures,and under this premise,the latter was given a perioperative whole-process nursing model;the clinical nursing status of the above two groups of patients was observed.Results The intraoperative blood glucose,postoperative blood glucose,incision healing time and hospital stay of the patients in the whole course group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications(5.1%)in the whole course group was lower than that in the control group(23.1%)and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.186,P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of patients in the whole group(97.4%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.5%),and the difference was significantly significant(χ^(2)=4.522,P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative whole-course care model for diabetic patients undergoing abdominal surgery is very effective.
