摘要
目的探讨脑瘫患儿康复治疗中实施运动平板训练对平衡功能与步态的影响。方法方便选取2018年11月—2019年11月期间在该院进行康复治疗的82例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,采用数字随机表法将其分为对照组和研究组(每组41例)。对照组患儿给予常规康复训练,研究组患儿在常规康复训练基础上实施运动平板训练,对两组患儿训练前后Berg平衡、步态评分、GMFM-88评分以及各功能区改善情况进行比较分析。结果研究组患儿Berg平衡、步态评分、GMFM-88评分均优于对照组,研究组与对照组患儿卧位与翻身能区评分为(61.28±1.68)分、(58.81±1.34)分;研究组患儿与对照组患儿爬行与膝立位能区评分为(31.66±3.37)分、(25.59±2.27)分;研究组与对照组患儿坐位能区评分分别为(52.34±3.68)分、(44.28±3.34)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿各功能区改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.360、9.566、10.385,P<0.05)。结论对脑瘫患儿实施运动平板训练对改善其平衡功能以及步态情况有着积极的意义。
Objective To explore the effect of exercise treadmill training on balance function and gait in rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 82 children with cerebral palsy who underwent rehabilitation in the hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and a study group(41 cases in each group)using a digital random table method.Children in the control group were given regular rehabilitation training,and the children in the study group were given exercise treadmill training on the basis of regular rehabilitation training.The Berg balance,gait score,GMFM-88 score and the improvement of each functional area were compared and analysed between the two groups before and after training.Results The Berg balance,gait score,and GMFM-88 scores of the study group were better than those of the control group.The scores of the lying position and turning ability area of the study group and the control group were(61.28±1.68)points,(58.81±1.34)points;the study group and the control group in crawling and knee standing energy zone scores were(31.66±3.37)points and(25.59±2.27)points;the sitting energy zone scores of the study group and the control group were(52.34±3.68)points and(44.28±3.34)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the improvement of each functional area of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.360,9.566,10.385,P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise treadmill training for children with cerebral palsy has positive significance in improving their balance function and gait improvement,and is worthy of clinical recommendation and application.
