摘要
目的评估舒芬太尼+利多卡因用药下硬膜外麻醉方法实施在剖宫产手术孕妇中的有效性。方法方便选取2017年8月—2019年12月该院收入且拟实施剖宫产手术的68例孕妇实施指标统计,不同组别区分方法依据抽签方式,每组34例,实验组采取舒芬太尼+利多卡因用药下硬膜外麻醉方法,参比组采取利多卡因用药下硬膜外麻醉方法,调查麻醉用药效果优良率、麻醉用药效果起效时间、麻醉用药诱导到胎儿娩出时间、镇痛效果维持时间。结果实验组麻醉用药效果优良率(94.12%)高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.220,P<0.05);实验组麻醉用药效果起效时间、麻醉用药诱导到胎儿娩出时间[(7.44±1.30)、(24.20±2.36)min]短于参比组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.460、14.680,P<0.05),实验组镇痛效果维持时间[(316.27±8.50)min]长于参比组,差异有统计学意义(t=35.586,P<0.05)。结论为剖宫产手术孕妇选择舒芬太尼+利多卡因用药下硬膜外麻醉方法可获得良好麻醉用药效果。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of epidural anesthesia with sufentanil+lidocaine in pregnant women undergoing cesarean section.Methods 68 pregnant women with income from the hospital from August 2017 to December 2019 who were planning to undergo cesarean section were conveniently selected.Different groups were distinguished according to the lottery method.34 cases were included in each group.The experimental group adopted sufentanil+lidocaine epidural anesthesia method,the reference group adopted lidocaine epidural anesthesia method to investigate the statistical percentage of excellent anesthetic effects,the total duration of anesthetic effects,and the induction of anesthesia total time until the fetus,and the analgesic effect maintained total time.Results The statistical percentage of good anesthetic effects in the experimental group(94.12%)was high than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.220,P<0.05);the total time for the anesthetic effects in the experimental group to take effect,the anesthetic induced to the fetus total time of delivery[(7.44±1.30)min,(24.20±2.36)min]were shorter than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.460,14.680,P<0.05),the experimental group's analgesic effect maintained total time length[(316.27±8.50)min]was longer than the calculated data of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=35.586,P<0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil+lidocaine can be used for epidural anesthesia for pregnant women undergoing cesarean section to obtain a good anesthetic effect.
